Doch auch in der Herstellung von eher unscheinbaren Produkten steckt oft sehr viel Know-How, noch mehr Erfahrung und \u2013 jedenfalls bei Sensoplast \u2013 eine unglaubliche Sorgfalt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Unternehmen ist in Oberhonnefeld-Gierend im Kreis Neuwied beheimatet und verwurzelt. Die Gr\u00fcnder Klaus Schweizer und Rainer Busch brachten bereits viel Erfahrung aus einem anderen Unternehmen mit \u00e4hnlicher Aufstellung ein. Sie entschlossen sich dann gemeinsam mit einem ersten Kunden dazu, die eigenen Vorstellungen und Anspr\u00fcche bei der Fertigung von Verschl\u00fcssen umzusetzen und gr\u00fcndeten hierzu 1988 die heutige Firma Sensoplast.<\/p>\n<p>Von Anfang an war es ein Grundprinzip des Unternehmens, im Westerwald zu fertigen \u2013 auch wenn vom Beginn an viele Produkte ins Ausland geliefert wurden. Das ist bis heute so geblieben. Doch vieles hat sich auch ge\u00e4ndert: Was in einer angemieteten Schreinerei mit zwei Spritzgie\u00dfmaschinen und mit bis zu 100 Heimarbeitspl\u00e4tzen begonnen hatte, wird inzwischen an zwei hochmodernen Standorten mit etwa 175 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern umgesetzt. Im Jahr 2021 erwirtschafteten diese einen Umsatz von 20 Millionen Euro. Fragt man Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Dipl.-Kfm. Frank Busch, warum das Unternehmen auch in Zeiten der Globalisierung auf den heimischen Standort mit vergleichsweise hohen Kosten setzt, ist die Antwort eindeutig: &#8222;Der Standort Westerwald bringt eine hohe Verl\u00e4sslichkeit mit sich. Die von uns gefertigten Produkte sind hochkomplex, und d\u00fcrfen auch bei millionenfacher Ausfertigung keine Fehler aufweisen. Zudem muss die Qualit\u00e4t absolut stimmen, und auch individuelle Kundenw\u00fcnsche \u2013 etwa bez\u00fcglich der Farbgebung \u2013 k\u00f6nnen wir bei Bedarf innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit realisieren. Unser Team ist auf allen Ebenen hochprofessionell besetzt. Alle denken mit und stehen in kooperativem Austausch \u2013 die Zufriedenheit der Kunden steht bei uns stets im Vordergrund.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Das Angebotsportfolio fasst das Unternehmen auf der Webseite wie folgt zusammen: &#8222;Sensoplast ist Produzent und Systemlieferant f\u00fcr Schraubverschl\u00fcsse und Dosiersysteme aus Kunststoff, Elastomer und Pharmaglas. Unser spezifisches Know-how liegt in der Entwicklung, Fertigung und Montage hochwertiger Prim\u00e4rverpackungen zum Verschlie\u00dfen und Dosieren von Fl\u00fcssigkeiten. Ein breites Sortiment an Schraubgewinde-Pharmaglasflaschen europ\u00e4ischer Hersteller vervollst\u00e4ndigt die umfangreiche Produktpalette mit \u00fcber 1.200 Artikeln.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Bei Produkten, die f\u00fcr die Verpackung von Medikamenten eingesetzt werden, sind die Anspr\u00fcche an die Fertigungsqualit\u00e4t und die Hygiene in den Anlagen besonders hoch. Diesen Anspruch dr\u00fcckt das Unternehmen auch in seinem Claim &#8222;we care&#8220; aus. Das darin enthaltene Versprechen lautet: Wir k\u00fcmmern uns um Ihre Anliegen \u2013 ganz pers\u00f6nlich und individuell. Verschafft man sich in den Betriebsr\u00e4umen ein eigenes Bild, stellt man fest, dass dieses &#8222;sich k\u00fcmmern&#8220; auch auf viele andere Bereiche bezogen wird: Die Arbeitspl\u00e4tze sind auffallend ergonomisch eingerichtet, es gibt einladende Aufenthaltsr\u00e4ume f\u00fcr das Personal, und der Gro\u00dfteil der f\u00fcr den Betrieb ben\u00f6tigten Energie wird aus Solarpanels gewonnen. Auch die Kunden sch\u00e4tzen die Sorgfalt, mit der sie von der Produktplanung bis hin zum Service bei der Integration in die eigenen Fertigungsprozesse professionell und kompetent vom Sensoplast-Team
